Yep, I’m a junky. Newest, shiniest, bestest. Is that a word? My spell-checker says no. I disagree.
Anyway, I ordered a GoPro Hero 9 from the source – they had a Black Friday deal. It came with some goodies, and I wanted some more accessories, so I got the whole setup – just like I have for my Hero 8. I loaded up the Cart and hit the Order button.
Well, it showed up! Yay! … Wait a minute, isn’t it supposed to be the King of action cameras? Nope. Check out why in the video below, and scroll down for some high-res pics of the Hero 9 side-by-side with the Hero 8.
I WILL say, there are some big positives. This is just an unboxing and quick review – basically my first impressions. I’ll be doing a more in-depth video in the future, after I’ve had a chance to get good & acquainted with the new camera.
