After struggling with audio issues (stay tuned, more on that in a later post!) this past couple of weeks, I have a new setup that works great for audio, but a friend of mine, IronBornRider on YouTube, posted he’d found a better action camera for recording at night. After seeing that, I wanted to test out the GoPro at night, so I hopped on my Harley and went for a ride!
The results were decidedly mixed. My audio is great (you’ll hear in future videos), but the video is dark, even in “low light” mode on the GoPro Hero 8. Oh well, have a look for yourself. The “featured image” (above) is my Note5 in selfie mode. On the right is a screen grab of one of the clips, taken on a street in Bethesda while I was walking around.
