GoPro Hero 10 – What do you mean it only recorded in-camera audio?

Have you had an issue where your GoPro Hero 10 only records in-camera audio, ignoring the external mic you have plugged into your Media Mod? I have, SEVERAL TIMES! Time to rant about it – and give some possible solutions!
