May, 2021: The Colonial Pipeline was hacked. This is the pipeline which distributes fuel along America’s East Coast. A hacker group installed ransomware on the software controlling it, and the government shut it down. Sort of sounds like the start to a gripping novel, doesn’t it? Except it’s real… well, we’re going to trust but verify on that. After all, you can’t trust at least half of what you read on the Internet, now can you? First, I made sure our cars have plenty of gas in them, and I set out to fill up my Harley’s gas tank… and this video happened. I’ll be heading to my local cheap-ish station in an attempt to fill up, and then checking some more nearby stations. Along the way, I’ll talk about shortages, mob mentality, and see some interesting things, of course. Enjoy?
