Is FORCING yourself to take a MOTORCYCLE ride good for your mental health?

I have been in a mental and physical rut. So, I looked at a map, picked a road I hadn’t been on in a while, and FORCED myself to go for a ride on my 2024 Harley Road Glide.
Self care is the best care, and it’s 100% needed. Are you taking care of yourself?
