Fun Stuff: Hyundai airs Super Bowl ads early

After having a banner year in 2009 where they scooped up market share from seemingly all of their competitors, Hyundai has decided to air not one but two Super Bowl ads.  They tapped Jeff Bridges to do the voice-overs, which can’t be cheap, as well as the millions of dollars spent to buy the ad space in the first place.  The first ad shows Brett Favre 10 years in the future, holding an MVP trophy and still pondering retirement.  The second ad shows off Hyundai’s 14-step process used to paint the 2011 Sonata, and even goes so far as saying the Sonata’s paint is of better quality than the Mercedes-Benz CLS550.  Click through the jump to see the ads.

2011 Ford Fiesta
2011 Hyundai Sonata
2011 Mazda Mazda2

2011 Toyota Sienna
2010 Volvo S60
