The number of years a hybrid takes to “pay off” is how long it takes to save on enough gas to pay for its premium over a conventionally-powered car. In SFGate’s calculations, the Ford Fusion Hybrid came away the winner at 5.6 years, followed by its sister car, the Mercury Milan Hybird at 13 years. The turkey in this shoot?
